In Yoga I trust
My name is Swati Soni, born in 1988 and I live with my two lovely daughters and a supportive partner.
I've grown up near Varanasi bank of Ganga River and have seen effect of yoga and chanting in my daily life.
After my masters, I pursued research scholar in life science. Yoga was always my constant and my anchor. At some point, the call became loud enough: I became a yoga teacher.
My yoga journey began back in the 2010 and since then, I've explored many yoga styles and feel a close connection to the yoga universe.
Over the years, I have developed my own form of yoga practice. It is important to me to teach an anatomically healthy and holistic form of yoga. The body should feel liberated, the mind calmed, and the heart touched.
For me, yoga means strengthening the connection between body and soul, developing greater inner contentment with a clear mind, and living life consciously. Since you never stop learning, I remain open to everything new from the world of yoga science through continuous training, teacher training, and my own studies.
